Given the job market these days, I guess we are all lucky to have a job. I guess what someone said may be true too. I'm sure some folks will never be happy. AllMeds does struggle at times. I do believe that they have worked hard to bring salaries in line with other companies. I think that they treat employees fairly. I think that many people in the company exhibit genuine concern for one another. I see that care and concern every day. It is pleasant to come into an office where people smile and ask how you are and like that old tv show "everybody knows your name"! I think that one thing bothering some are the closed door meetings. Heck, those kinds of things happen all over the world,, we just don't see those doors closing in other places. It would be like Bush holding open meeting on tv about war strategories...some things don't need to be shared with the general public until they are past the planning stage. If we can't enjoy our job, and you spend as much time in the office as we do, maybe we should be considering our other options! I cannot name one employee who is not respected in the whole company! Character assainations behind peoples backs and in the cloak of shield such as this speak volumes about ones own character. I mean, what purpose does it serve? If anything is ever going to change, it certainly won't be from a forum such as this! At a time when companies are closing and many are taking away benefits such as health insurance, I count myself lucky every day as I walk into an office in a safe location where I don't have to pay for parking and I will continue to walk in with a smile on my face.
