Seropositivity is the presence of a certain antibody in a blood sample. A patient with seropositivity for a particular antigen or agent is termed seropositive. It is not a neutral term, as in popular perception seropositivity is used most commonly in reference to HIV seropositivity. The disease is tuberculosis, it was caused by herpes virus; and the viral culture was done after gram staining and acid-fast staining because these tests were negative... I think... LOL!!!...
