 This is a blatant "good ole boy" company. If you are part of the "Cognac/Cigar" crowd (or ride a bike with the COO) you are taken care of, if not, you get crumbs. The bottom line is stock value. Mid 2007, the big boys cut travel and invoked hiring freezes to make the company look more valuable due to the Roche buy-out yet the NEW COO's salary is $330k/yr, $175k signing bonus, upto 100% bonus/yr, and 15,000 stock options. (public knowledge).



Our only hope is the Roche buy-out goes thru and the top management take their millions and go play golf. Then maybe we can realize our potential and be the great company we kown we can be.



Lastly, Tucson is a not a good place to live. It's backward, poor job prospects, terrible education system, and surprisingly high cost of living.
