Microscopic Colitis Overview

Microscopic colitis refers to two medical conditions which cause diarrhoea: collagenous colitis and lymphocytic colitis. Both conditions are characterised by the following triad of clinicopathological features: # Chronic watery diarrhoea; # Normal colonoscopy; # Characteristic histopathology.
