Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a neoplastic disease. It is a lymphoproliferative disorder . The word granulomatosis denotes one of its microscopic character, polymorphic lymphoid infiltrates and focal necrosis within it. It usually involves lung, skin, and central nervous system.
