What is a good "back up" non-hormonal contraceptive in case a condom breaks?
I can't take birth control pills anymore since tehy make my blood pressure high but...

Internal Condom for ladies Diaphram-, these usually require spermicide to double dutch. Thats about it, I think. Unless you get a clamp put on your fallopian tube (these can be taken off)...
