| I too believe the office manager is the cause of the office turnover rate and the dysfunction that goes on in the office. Worklife could be going fine until she came into the office. It was VERY up and down. She nickpicked everything and everyone but quite frankly what she was nitpicking had nothing to do with work. I never understood how the doctors could not see what was going on but figured she must have a pretty close tie with them..I now love my job and can honestly reflect back and take note that what happened to me there was emotionally disturbing and draining, but regrettfully didnt notice the trauma she was causing. Final thought: This office manager really should keep up with ongoing classes regarding management and how to treat office staff. She needs to not think she is a queen and figure how how to MANAGE! |
