During post-marketing surveillance, 52 deaths were reported in...

Bayer Healthcare Reviews by Employees
| The salary is below average for Pharma in bay area. Job security is always shaky in this industry, but there are always buy-out and/or layoff rumors floating around and sometimes happening. The co. is structured so that every other person is some overpaid mgr, assoc mgr, assoc director, director...etc. There's so much management at this place it's ridiculous and you always gotta wonder why, when half of them do nothing but go to meetings half the day and send out meeting invites the rest of day and most have 0 direct reports and have to ask us non-mangers questions about the simplest things. The place is too small for the people working here and it's like a competition for a parking space in the lot so that people can bang you car up all day in the too small spaces. The "cafe" sucks. The benefits freakin suck compared to every other company I've worked for except the retail i did in college. The location is the best thing about this place. |
