I worked at GSK in several different areas for 8 years and there were many ups and downs, but when it came down to it, they are quick to outsource to individuals in other countries so they don't have to pay alot and in return it cut back on my job. In addition, they were quick to let me go without any effort to place me within any other area of the company. They don't think about the little people. Yet the higher ups stay on and make money even though they are not working much.
